Focus Training Bolton is a nationally recognised fitness training company. They provide online, offline and blended learning courses to those looking to enter the fitness industry, or further enhance their skill set.

At a time when companies were battening down the hatches and furloughing staff, Focus Training came to us with the primary objective of increasing leads for their courses to increase their revenue.

Our task; convince the nation to choose Focus Training over their competitors with an integrated digital marketing campaign.

Campaign Creation 

With a focus on increasing leads, when creating the campaign, each department in the agency came into its own. From the creative team through to the copywriters, the strategy was planned, executed and delivered impressive results within a few weeks of going live.

Targeting

As part of the process, we ran tests targeting different interest types to ensure the success of the campaign. As it turned out, both produced fantastic results for Focus Training, who increased their marketing spend instantly.

Creatives 

A vital element in online success, a series of creative assets were built for the campaign.

This included a combination of 5-second videos and static imagery with bold and persuasive copy to stand out.

We then ran dynamic creative campaigns using testing software algorithms to provide actionable data, which helped to increase monthly leads.

Organic

Posting regular, organic content was key to keeping the client in the public eye.

We created a keyword led content calendar, directing followers, old and new, to blogs and landing pages created by our content team, further increasing traffic.

Content Marketing

Improving SEO for Focus Training was pivotal when it came to increasing website traffic.

We applied technical fixes to maximise the main elements of SEO; site speed and security. This was implemented by planning and producing a content focussed strategy to boost organic website traffic.

Since implementing this strategy, which combined technical work and the targeting of high traffic volume keywords, we increased the traffic by 53% compared to the previous period
