Our team is growing and we are very happy to introduce you to our new office manager, Tina. Find out more about Tina and her role as part of the Relative team.
What is your role at Relative Marketing?
My role is that of office Manager. I have been brought in to organise the office and take on all administrated duties. The team at Relative are always busy, they give all of their time to ensure they produce work of the highest quality, it is my role to ensure the admin side of the office is efficient and on point in order to keep to deadlines and help keep the company moving forward.
What do you enjoy most about working at Relative Marketing?
It is early days for me as I am still finding my feet but what I can say is that I love the organization aspect of the role. I am a self-confessed ‘control freak’ so the fact I have an entire office to manager and organise really is a great way to spend the day. Coming in a close second are the people I work with! They are pretty cool and great to work alongside. I am looking forward to devouring my new role.
What is your background?
My background is in logistics. I spent 20 years working within the parcel and palletised freight sector. I had a very successful career and achieved many promotions. My main area of expertise was customer service, key accounts management and compliance audit. I had a fantastic 20 years working for 3 companies but decided to take a break from full time employment when my daughter was 4 so I could settle her into school and recoup many lost hours whilst I worked full time! I also dabbled in the world of MLM for a period of 2 years whilst I was off work, this also proved successful and helped fund my ‘work holiday’.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I am one of those rare breeds of females who adores football! I am a Wolverhampton Wanderers fan as that was my home town for 29 years before moving to Bolton, I enjoy taking my daughter to a game or 2. I also love to socialise, as a family we have a large group of friends who all enjoying getting together with the kids and catching up after a busy week. I love to belly laugh and generally enjoy what I have around me. Life is good! 🙂
